My husband and have been in the research phase of buying the rdx aspec. We need a car that is safe for our family, yet somewhat sporty. We arrived to the dealership about an hour before close and we meet with Steve Kaleff. We knew the color and add-ons we wanted from building one online, but we really needed more info about the car and also need to test drive it. Steve was the nicest guy, mellow, quite knowledgeable about the car and brand, has tons of experience in the car industry, etc... All these things combined makes for a trustworthy sales guy. My husband has also worked for various car companies on the corporate side, so it was nice to have someone help us that could understand and elaborate on what we want and need. We got no pressure from steve to buy the car. He took us on a test drive and talked us through all the new tech that Acura has put into this model. After completing the test drive, he told us to come back anytime for questions. We absolutely loved the car and plan on ordering exactly what we need. Thanks Steve!!!
I currently lease an Acura RDX from this location, and every time I go there to get it serviced, I have an excellent experience. Today was no different. Leo Ilbanez, Chuck, and Eduardo went above and beyond to help me. I went to drive my car today, and it wouldn't start. It was 4:20 pm on a Saturday, and the Service Dept. closed at 5 pm. I would not have made it in time if I had called AAA to tow it. I was so upset, and Leo was very patient with me on the phone. Leo sent Chuck and Eduardo to my home to check the battery. We were able to start the car, and we drove it to the dealership. Leo stayed after the Service Department was closed and he helped me get a loaner vehicle to drive over the next 2 days (the Service Dept. is closed on Sundays). I'm so grateful Leo, Chuck and Eduardo helped me. I had some big commitments on Sunday and Monday, and I needed a vehicle. Impeccable customer service all around. Thank you Leo, Chuck, and Eduardo!!
This is a special Big Thank You to Chris White in the service department. I went there last Saturday. It was 5:10 pm and service Dept just closed. I'm sure every one wanted to get home after 100* plus heat wave. Especially considering it was Saturday. Luckily Chris was still there. My engine oil warning was on and I was having trouble putting the transmission dipstick back which is somewhat hidden below the engine. Chris promptly took care of this and took my MDX around back and filled up with over 3 quarts of oil. Basically after hours service and he didn't charge me a penny!. My oil was really low. This could have turned into a bigger problem but Chris did me a solid. Huge Thx Chris!! Really appreciate ur service and courteous professional attitude ! U deserve a raise
I had the best experience getting a vehicle here! A friend recommended them, and put me in touch with Paul to start with. From there, Paul had Sebastien help me, and he made everything so easy. I received immediate responses to any questions via phone/text/email, he was upfront and didn't try to pressure me into anything like I felt other sales people at other dealerships had tried to do, the whole process went so smoothly, and I feel I received a great deal! Purchased an Acura ILX from Thousand Oaks Acura. I was scrolling through the pre-owned certified and found an ILX for a sale price. I emailed the dealership and Perry got back to me right away. We came in that afternoon from Chatsworth and drove off the lot that night with our 5th Acura. Perry made the process all so very easy! The finance department was great as well. Really nice people!
Perry was wonderful. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very patient. My wife had many questions, and he took every opportunity to help her stay at ease. We look forward to a long lasting relationship. He even called to follow-up to see if we had any questions. Oh, and my wife loves the car!
