This is a special Big Thank You to Chris White in the service department. I went there last Saturday. It was 5:10 pm and service Dept just closed. I'm sure every one wanted to get home after 100* plus heat wave. Especially considering it was Saturday. Luckily Chris was still there. My engine oil warning was on and I was having trouble putting the transmission dipstick back which is somewhat hidden below the engine. Chris promptly took care of this and took my MDX around back and filled up with over 3 quarts of oil. Basically after hours service and he didn't charge me a penny!. My oil was really low. This could have turned into a bigger problem but Chris did me a solid. Huge Thx Chris!! Really appreciate ur service and courteous professional attitude ! U deserve a raise

Purchased an Acura ILX from Thousand Oaks Acura. I was scrolling through the pre-owned certified and found an ILX for a sale price. I emailed the dealership and Perry got back to me right away. We came in that afternoon from Chatsworth and drove off the lot that night with our 5th Acura. Perry made the process all so very easy! The finance department was great as well. Really nice people!
Perry was wonderful. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very patient. My wife had many questions, and he took every opportunity to help her stay at ease. We look forward to a long lasting relationship. He even called to follow-up to see if we had any questions. Oh, and my wife loves the car!
